This month, there have been a lot of firsts for Ella. She got her first two teeth in and is enjoying gnawing on everything in sight. This is a picture of her eating her first "bitter" biscuit. (Yes - we know it is actually a biter biscuit, but it's a family joke to call it "bitter.") She made such a mess that she had to be bathed when she was done!
Ella also enjoyed her first trip to the beach. She went with Doug and Michelle on a couples' retreat to Seaside, Oregon. She enjoyed walking on the beach, feeling the ocean breeze, and watching the seagulls.
