The first weekend in December, we traveled to Tacoma to watch our high school football team defend their state champion title from last year. It was a rematch with the team that we had beat last year. The game was intense and had us all on the edges of our seats with multiple ties and lead changes. Unfortunately, the game ended with a score of 42-35 for the other team - we had failed to convert on 4th down with a few seconds left. It was so sad for the players and coaches!!! Oh well – maybe next year!
